Distinguish Website Animations from Actual Product Demonstrations
The autoplay graphics on this website illustrate the product workflow. The real ImageLens demonstration runs in a separate local sandbox and engineering environment using prepared images and analysis materials. Scope checked on:October 7, 2026; this is not a claim that all roadmap features are currently live online.
- 01OpenLoad Prepared Images and Analysis Materials
Demonstration datasets derive from pre-computed analyses; opening a page does not recompute raw datasets from scratch.
- 02InspectAgent Observes Authorized Materials
Navigation paths, data access permissions, and execution boundaries are strictly governed.
- 03DiscoverGenerate Source-Attributed Findings
Retain source links, coordinates, descriptions, and explicit evidentiary limitations.
- 04DiscussReview, Drill Down, and Prepare Next Steps
Local incremental functionality can organize revisions and context; it does not automatically launch a new scientific Pipeline.
Three Distinct Evidence Tiers
| Evidence Tier | Currently Verified Capabilities | What Cannot Be Inferred |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed Single-Wafer Baseline | Inspection, precise material retrieval, referenced findings, summaries, and stop/takeover have passed acceptance within the existing scope. | That end-to-end production root-cause investigation is fully certified. |
| On-Prem Engineering Enhancements | Reference comparisons, revisit/restore, follow-up questions, supplementary evidence, revisions, and investigation context preparation have local engineering verification. | That live model sign-off or fab production access has been granted. |
| Full Target Deployment | Synthesizing images, tool histories, and sensor logs into complete diagnostic dossiers. | That live MES/FDC connections or automated model training pipelines are universally operational. |
Inspecting Pre-Computed Analyses Is Not Full Autonomous Investigation
Demonstration materials are organized by scenario and stage. The agent reviews specific datasets and verifies interface results, formulating findings and limitations. Subsequent runs within the same scenario use isolated session records; this is not unconstrained cross-scenario exploration, nor does it generate arbitrary pipelines on the fly.
Scope items remaining for future phases include live fab database connectivity, complete notebook execution transfer, voice interaction, and joint live model evaluation. Pre-computed model demos and browser test suites are tracked separately and cannot substitute for one another.
What Engineers Review in a Finding
| Component | Engineering Description |
|---|---|
| Observation | Which region, pattern type, or metric deviates from the reference baseline. |
| Quantification | Numerical value, measurement unit, denominator, range, and display precision. |
| Attribution | Direct references to source images, tables, or analytical datasets. |
| Limitations | Inspection coverage bounds, comparability constraints, and unsupported inferences. |
| Next Steps | Specific follow-up questions requiring physical re-inspection or supplementary data. |
This is a structural illustration, not a customer result actually generated by the system. The backend retains data for recalculation, while the interface rounds appropriately; more decimal places do not imply higher measurement accuracy.
Validating Next Steps in a Defined Evaluation Scenario
First agree upon the specific engineering task, available datasets, method specs, model endpoints, and security boundaries. Full equipment diagnostics, automated model training, air-gapped deployments, and production MES integration must be evaluated against agreed-upon criteria.
WAFERPILOT / APPLICATION TO THIS TOPIC
Clarifying Current Verification Boundaries for Customers
WaferPilot currently verifies the experience of observation, checking existing materials, and producing referenced findings in ImageLens. The complete target deliverable is an engineering report, candidate causes, the evidence process, and verification recommendations. Website illustrations must not be presented as root-cause accuracy or benefits achieved in a customer fab.
Deliverables for Engineers:Demonstration deliverables centered on source-attributed findings, spatial observations, evidentiary bounds, and structured follow-up queries.
